- Removal of wet floor signs in the mornings
- Collection and disposal of confidential waste across all sites
- Emptying of recycling bins (plastic and glass)
- WEEE waste monitoring and disposal
- Hazardous waste control and liaising with third party for the collection of
- Proactive daily maintenance (e.g. sanitary problems, water leaks, etc)
- Daily use of the company van – going between sites in Warwick
- Painting
- Cleaning
- Spills
- Snagging
- Taking/collection of company property as required
- Purchase and collection of small consumable items e.g. fittings, brushes, paint, light bulbs
- Collect water bottles and other consumables stored and distribute to sites as necessary
- Reactive – to adhoc tasks
- Liaise with external contractors as required
- Desk moves
- A valid UK driving license – must be over 21 and have no more than 6 points on your license due to insurance
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labour as needed.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills

PAY RATE: £11.96 an hour
HOURS: Part time - Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am until 5pm – 30 min lunch
