- Provide method statements, hazard risk assessments and project management plans.
- Understand tender allowances and monitor contract costs against agreed budgets.
- Preparing and monitoring programmes of work.
- Assessment and engagement of sub-contractors.
- Inform, consult, and involve local groups as necessary.
- Understand and administer contract change.
- You will have experience in the UK civils sector, working with the NEC form of contract. You must also have a relevant industry qualification (SMSTS or equivalent). You will have significant main contractor civils experience ideally in Environment Agency scheme including earthworks.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Site Agent in our Southern Region to manage civil engineering projects in the Kent area.
Management of site staff operatives and sub-contractors.Already experienced as a Site Agent you will have a relevant industry qualification (HND/ HNC/ BEng) or equivalent and an up-to-date SMSTS qualification, and appropriate CSCS card.
You will also have experience of managing civil engineering projects with a main contractor along with previous experience on Highways, Earthworks and Structures experience.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and have a full UK driving licence.Have compliance with current legislation requirements, including the production and implementation of RAMs and other associated safety/project documentation.
