- A strong and proven background in Operational Intelligence
- Excellent working knowledge and application of intelligence analysis theory (Intelligence cycle, collection planning, evaluation)
- Advanced knowledge of analytical techniques and their application.
- Broad understanding of working within a complex multi-agency, multi-disciplinary context.
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
- Knowledge of open source and cyber security awareness desirable
- Previous training experience and qualifications are desirable but not essential as internal training and qualification programmes are in place.

Overview
Intelligencia Training are an established apprenticeship training provider with a firm track record and footprint in 3 specialist areas. Delivering rewarding intelligence, counter-fraud and risk apprenticeships within high profile organisations spanning both the public and private sector. We are the UK Lead for delivery of the well-established Intelligence Analyst apprenticeship, having qualified hundreds of apprentices across a vast range of employers.
Role and Responsibilities:
The role will include development and delivery of the Level 4 (Higher Education) Intelligence Analyst Standard to apprentices working across a variety of law enforcement, local authority and justice sector roles. We are seeking individuals who have a wealth of experience and knowledge in working within this field and especially detailed experience in the application of structured analytical techniques.
As part of the training team you will adopt a hybrid working model, with a mixture of office, home and client site working as required. You will train, coach and assess your cohorts of apprentices throughout their programme and engage regularly with Intelligencia's Administration and Quality Assurance teams
