The role:


We are looking for an established contract recruitment focussed Business Development Manager to join us and further develop an already established contract client base through further penetration of our existing client portfolio and the development of newclients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To target and develop new client relationships with contract recruitment users
  • Capitalise on existing hiring manager relationships to sell our contract recruitment solution
  • Work on client retention and organic growth
  • Evidence a strong track record in Contracting and Client Management from a variety of sectors
  • Have strong relationships with senior decision makers in similar sectors
  • Have previous experience in building/managing relationships
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Have the initiative to work independently whilst also being a strong team player
  • Be results driven and comfortable working with targets
