Electrical Maintenance Engineer

40,000 + Van + Fuel Card + 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH

Working in a mobile multi-skilled maintenance role, Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, covering a small portfolio of commercial buildings across Hatfield, Cambridge and East Hampshire

• Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, light replacements, light maintenance, filter changes and cleaning on AHU's, water hygiene, flushing, basic plumbing, temp checks, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties.
• The ideal candidate will hold electrical qualifications - Level 3 & 17th or 18th edition.
• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
