    Receptionist

    Salary: £23,000-£25,000 per annum (base salary, depending on experience)

    Job Type: Full-time, Office-Based, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

    WeFlex is at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution - and our mission is to make electric vehicles accessible - starting with the ride-hailing market (e.g. Uber and Bolt).

    We provide ride-hailing drivers with finance to purchase a range of different electric vehicles, from affordable MGs to luxury Mercedes and Teslas. We are growing at a very rapid pace (60% YOY, profitable for the last 2 years) and the fleet and customer base are growing with us, with just under 2,000 customers driving cars in our fleet and plans to double this over the next year.

    We are a close-knit team of just over 50 dedicated to de-carbonising the world, starting with the taxi industry. We are seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join us in this exciting growth stage of our business and to help us continue to offer world-class customer experience.

    Our Customer Host and Onboarding Assistant is absolutely key to our business. As the first point of contact for our customers coming into our showroom, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to assist them with any support they need around their visit, their vehicle or their hire contract.

    The day to day role will include, but not be limited to:

    The role responsibilities include:

    Customer Experience

    • Meet & Greet all customers and guests into the building and accompany them to the right area of the business.
    • Act as a first point of contact for customers entering the office with customer service queries.
    • Manage customers attending our onsite appointments to ensure they are seen to on time and any issues are managed.
    • Assisting our onboarding team with customers who are collecting or returning their vehicles.
    • Respond to general inquiries via email.
    • Outbound call to customers to confirm appointments and assisting our customer experience team in gathering customer feedback.

    Office administration

    • Ensure all customer-facing areas are well presented, ensuring the best possible customer experience.

    General administration

    • Supporting the fleet admin team with the organisation of onsite licencing appointments.
    • Other administration activity as directed by your line manager.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A friendly personality with a passion for customer service
    • A good attention to detail with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
    • Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in-person, as well as via email and phone, with the ability to build rapport and provide support to drivers
    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

    • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and documentation

    Bonus: Discretionary performance related bonus scheme in place (capped at 10% annual base salary)

    following probation, paid quarterly.
