My client has a new and exciting opportunity for a Construction Solicitor to join their well-regarded construction team.

The successful candidate will have experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction work, such as advising on and drafting collateral warranties, professional appointments, standard form contracts and amendments to those.

You will advise our clients on Construction documentation including:
You will also advise clients on Construction disputes and provide representation in adjudication proceedings and court litigation.
