Description
A growing Recruitment Agency is seeking a Marketing Executive, paying up to £30,000 to help support on one of their major client accounts.
The position will be supporting the Marketing Manager to assist with sponsored multi-channel marketing campaigns and the full marketing mix to attract the best talent as well as engagement.
This is a fully remote working role, but there will be an exception to go into the London office once a month as well as attend some external client meetings.
Duties will include the following:
- Creating marketing proposals and briefs
- Taking the clients Employee Value Proposition to their target market
- Defining and implementing multichannel recruitment marketing to support talent attraction and engagement across the client account with a focus on Sponsored Ads
- Briefing design and copywriting teams and external agencies
- Delivery of results and gathering data on Marketing activity for regular business reviews with client
- Producing salary benchmarking and market insights reports and using that insight to help define campaigns
- Managing and updating the website monitoring for any issues
