This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded individual to join a innovative business as Commercial Finance Manager.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

Work collaboratively to improve datasets and enable the rollout of live dashboards and KPI reports
Use completed and live dashboards and KPI reports to keep the senior stakeholders updated on performance
Facilitate the sales teams in the execution of commercial plans (sales targets, KPIs, sales compensation plans and hiring plans)
Identification, design and implementation of sales initiatives and a structured sales pipeline system, capturing market trends and improving sales forecasting processes
Help drive commercial performance through accurate insights and advice
Work closely and collaboratively with Marketing teams to activate revenue opportunities and drive brand awareness
Take ownership of the monthly and quarterly business review processes and continuously look to improve insight generation
