    Overview:

    The TechnicalLead Salesforce plays a crucial role in our organization beingresponsible for leading a team of Salesforce developers andadministrators in designing implementing and maintaining Salesforcesolutions. They are instrumental in developing strategic plans andensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects to meet thebusiness objectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor ateam of Salesforce developers andadministrators
    • Design and implement Salesforcesolutions to meet business needs
    • Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather requirements and define projectscope
    • Provide technical guidance and support tothe team
    • Ensure compliance with Salesforce bestpractices and coding standards
    • Manage andprioritize project deliverables andtimelines
    • Identify and address technical issuesand risks
    • Conduct code reviews and performanceoptimizations
    • Participate in system integrationand data migration projects
    • Assist in theevaluation and adoption of new Salesforce features andtechnologies
    • Provide ongoing support andmaintenance for existing Salesforceapplications
    • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of development processes andmethodologies
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including testing and qualityassurance
    • Stay updated with the latestSalesforce releases features and bestpractices
    • Communicate project status issues andresolutions to management and keystakeholders

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or relatedfield
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Iand II
    • Proven experience in technicalleadership within Salesforce projects
    • Strongproficiency in Salesforce configuration andcustomization
    • Expertise in Apex VisualforceLightning Web Components and SalesforceAPIs
    • Indepth knowledge of Salesforce data modelsecurity model and sharing settings
    • Experiencewith Agile methodologies and tools
    • Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills
    • Ability toeffectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks andprojects
    • Strong communication and interpersonalskills
    • Experience in mentoring and coachingjunior team members
    • Understanding of CRMconcepts and best practices
    • Capability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment
    • Certifications such as SalesforceCertified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Architect are aplus
    • Knowledge of integration tools such asMuleSoft or Informatica isadvantageous
    • Experience with Salesforce CPQ andBilling isdesirable
