    Our client a leading national lawfirm specialising in Clinical Negligence are seek an adept ClinicalNegligence Solicitor to join their team as a Senior Associate withprospects for advancement to Head of Department. In this role youlloversee a varied caseload of highvalue medical negligence claimscontribute to business development and champion our commitment toexcellence and clientadvocacy.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Managea diverse caseload of highvalue and complex clinical negligenceclaims emphasising seriousinjuries.
    • Offer expert legalguidance and representation throughout the claimsprocess.
    • Lead and mentor a team ofsolicitors and support staff providing invaluable guidance andsupport.
    • Drive strategic businessdevelopment and marketing initiatives to expand our client base andbolster our reputation in clinical negligencelaw.
    • Foster and maintain strongrelationships with clients medical professionals andstakeholders.
    • Keep abreast ofdevelopments in clinical negligence law and ensure adherence toregulatory standards.


    Requirements

    • QualifiedSolicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE in clinical negligencelaw.
    • Proven track record in handlinghighvalue medical negligence claims from inception toconclusion.
    • Demonstrated ability toeffectively manage and lead a team offering mentorship andguidance.
    • Strong aptitude forbusiness development and marketing with a history of client baseexpansion.
    • Exceptional communicationnegotiation and advocacyskills.
    • Dedication to deliveringtopquality legal services and securing optimal outcomes forclients.
    • Ambitious and driven with akeen interest in personal development and advancement within thefirm.
