    Join This Team as a Design Director/Associate Design Lead

We are on the lookout for a talented individual to fill the role of Design Director/Associate Design Lead within our esteemed client's architecture and interior design practice. As the chosen candidate, you will spearhead their design endeavors, ensuring excellence across a diverse array of projects while directly reporting to the Global Head of Design.

    What They're Seeking:

    • Accreditation and Experience: They require an ARB/RIBA accredited architect with a minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in practice. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving their projects forward to success.
    • Client Engagement: Exceptional client-facing skills are a must. They need someone who is personable, approachable, and adept at building strong client relationships.
    • Communication Mastery: Your ability to convey clear concepts and narratives through both verbal and graphical means is essential. From storyboarding to client presentations, your communication skills will be key in articulating their design vision.
    • Design Proficiency: Proficiency across various design software such as Rhino, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe suite is expected. Your mastery of these tools will empower you to bring their designs to life.

    Leadership and Project Management:

    • Workshop Leadership: Take charge of design workshops and reviews, guiding the team towards innovative solutions and inspiring creativity.
    • Efficiency Implementation: Establish and implement efficient design activities for the team, ensuring focused efforts that lead to outstanding results.
    • Project Oversight: Manage projects effectively, adhering to deadlines and budgets while upholding the highest standards of quality.
    • Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration by mentoring the design teams, promoting growth, and nurturing talent.
