    Autism and Learning Disabilities experience essential

    One location provides independent flats and supports 8 young adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities with complex behavioural needs.

    The second location provides individual flats for 4 adults with learning disabilities.

    As the Registered Manager you are legally responsible for the operational day to day management of the services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation including CQC, Health and Social Care regulations and Precious Homes policies and procedures.

    To develop and maintain a high-quality service level for the people we support, your team and for CQC.
    Develop effective working relationships for the people we support, your team, local authorities, 3rd parties, and CQC.
    To carry out regular audits to monitor and manage service performance.

    To always ensure that service delivery is person centred and evidenced in support plans, rotas, staff and service meetings, inductions, training and in the culture of the service.

    To ensure support plans, risk assessments and documentation is reviewed and updated regularly.
    To build relationships with stakeholders, families and people we support.
