Securitisation Paralegal

Up To £27,000pa + Benefits

Permanent - London Based

My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experience Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new Securitisation Paralegal.

Working within their Property Securitisation Team, you'll be able to manage your own caseload and be part of a Tier 1 ranked team in this space

As the successful Securitisation Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

Identifying titles at the Land Registry

Obtaining Official Copy Entries and Office Copy Documents

Reviewing title registers and plans to land ownership

Conducting property due diligence

Liaising with clients, Partners and Solicitors on a regular basis with reports

Assisting with the organising, monitoring and delivery of transactions

Providing cover and support to other Paralegals in the team when required

+ many more.

To qualify for this Securitisation Paralegal position, you'll need to have/be the following:

Have a minimum of 2:1 in your LLB or equivalent

Have previous/existing experience in Conveyancing (social housing is also ideal)

Have excellent drafting skills and able to conduct legal research

Be able to commute to the London office a minimum of three times a week

Be confident in liaising with external clients on a regular basis
