    Description
    Join Our Team as a Payroll Manager

    Are you a payroll professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? We're hiring a Payroll Manager at TC Facilities Management to ensure our employees are paid promptly and accurately while upholding statutory legislation and company procedures.

    Ensure timely and accurate payment of employee wages across multiple payrolls.
    Optimise the integrated Payroll system within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
    Foster strong relationships with Support Office and Field staff to deliver excellent customer service.
    Collaborate with software suppliers to address system functionality issues.
    Advocate for training and development for yourself and your team.
    Evaluate and improve Payroll procedures for efficiency.
    Keep Payroll staff updated on changes to legislation and company procedures.
    Manage all aspects of Payroll processing, from start to finish.
    Field Management at all levels
    Support Office teams in Finance, HR, IT, and Admin
    Payroll Software Provider
    Professional support networks like Payroll Alliance and CIPP
    Lead a team of 4, including a Deputy and 3 Payroll officers.
    Extensive experience in Payroll.
    Payroll qualification from CIPP, Payroll Alliance, or equivalent.
    Previous experience in managing or supervising a Payroll department.
    Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
    Ranked among the top 2% of cleaning and security providers.
