At KFH we are looking for a building surveyor to join our Block and Estates Management team in Wimbledon.

Are you a MRICS ? Experience in of core Building Surveying procedures and law? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We're looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills.

You will report into our Block Management Director.

Responsibilities of a building surveyor
include**:

Dealing with all aspects of refurbishment/repair/re-decoration on residential projects including obtaining statutory consents
Tendering, contract administration and project monitoring
Building pathology and defect reports
Building surveys
Licence to alter reports
Insurance reinstatement cost assessments
Planned maintenance programmes
Schedules of condition and party wall matters
