    Description

    We are looking for an ERP Support Engineer to be an integral part of our client's Business as Usual (BAU) support team.

    You will work closely with the ERP Manager and Deputy ERP Manager to provide support and assistance in resolving non-technical service desk tickets, while also offering ERP (IFS) support to all users.

    This role requires effective collaboration with various stakeholders, including the IFS systems specialist, IFS contractors, IFS support, and third-party support.

    ResponsibilitiesResolve service desk tickets to your level of knowledge or escalate them to other technicians as necessary.
    Support the planning and management of the ERP helpdesk to ensure efficient operations.
    Deliver timely and professional support to the Global MIS user community, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly.
    Provide support, as needed, for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of G-MIS functionality.
    Prepare, create, and update G-MIS related training materials in coordination with the business requirements.
    Maintain user permission sets and role configuration records accurately.
    Support the Solution Architect, ERP Manager, and Deputy ERP Manager as required in various tasks and initiatives.
