The West Heath based Care Home is transferring from a Residential Home to a Nursing Home. They're looking for a Clinical Lead to support the Senior Management in the process. Also to support the new nursing team through the introduction of the new residents.

The salary for the role is £38,000 to £40,000 DOE.

They are ideally looking for an experienced nurse with a care home background who is looking to step back from the 12 hour shifts and move into a leadership role.

The role is Monday to Friday working 8-4, there are no weekend shifts in the working pattern. There is a level of flexibility on the hours which can be discussed at interview.

The home is based in the in the suburban area of West Heath. The home has onsite parking and great public links from surrounding areas.

Details of this role and what the home has to offer:

A permanent contract of 40 hours per week on days working a Monday to Friday shift pattern.
Salary of up to £40,000
Excellent training and development opportunities including support with NMC revalidation

As the Clinical Lead you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in the day to day running of the home.

The main focus of the role will initially be supporting in the transition from the home being a registered Residential Home to a Nursing Home.

The skills, experience and qualifications required for this post:

NMC Registered Nurse
Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN
Demonstrate some postregistration experience
Ideally experienced working in a UK care home setting or demonstrate a genuine interest in working with this client group
Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
