The role:
A New Business/ Sales professional responsible for selecting, pitching and winning new business.
This is a newly created role working for the European Sales Director to ensure the execution of the predefined growth strategy across all business areas and brands.
Core requirements
- Own a new business acquisition strategy, leading a programme of customer growth across the UK and Europe, requiring you to define, and be responsible for leading on, a portfolio new business sales processes.
- Utilise a digitally focused omnichannel approach to creating a sales pipeline and owning the sales funnel through a variety of marketing and sales touch points to ensure a flow of new customer prospects across multiple lines of service.
- A strong affinity for use of social media and digital marketing / online footprint is essential, coupled with traditional phone based and in person sales.
- Present twentyAI's total talent solution and value proposition through carefully executed storytelling marketing initiatives, creation of customer proposals and building/delivering new customer presentation material
- Communicate and interact with all levels of potential customer (including CxO/Partner/ExCo level).
What we are looking for:
- A proven track record of driving revenue and winning new business across the VC and PE industry.
- Strong expertise across Technology, Data and Digital.
- Proven strong track record for business development success in their career to date
- Prior senior level experience in solution led sales and a keen interest in the fields of technology and data to explore the disruptive opportunities these present in a digital world
- Ability to interact with CxO, Partner, ExCo level
- Sales experience in a recruitment related industry e.g. agency, CRM provider, job board providers
