Our client is a leading law firm that is widely recognized in legal directories for their real estate offering, and a market leader.

As a residential development solicitor, you will be expected to advise developers on landlord and tenant matters, option agreements, site acquisitions and disposals, property financing and CLLS, titles and certificates.

The Successful Applicant
The successful residential development solicitor will be an England and Wales qualified solicitor with a deep understanding of property law with minimum 3yrs PQE
