    Description

    Our client is a London-based SaaS scale-up, offering sales intelligence platform for businesses to identify opportunities to sell into the public sector.

    They are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager, with experience managing; onboarding, upselling, and renewals, with 1,000+ headcount businesses.

    The role:

    • Handling Quarterly Business Reviews with existing customers
    • Working closely with sales team to assist in onboarding of new accounts
    • Responsible for upsell and renewals of existing accounts
    • Main POC for contacts in businesses 1,000+ headcount
    • Taking a data-driven approach, assisting customers to understand key insights and get the best use from the solution

    Your profile:

    • B2B Experience as a Customer Success or Client Success Manager
    • Experience in the SaaS sector strongly preferred
    • Working with Customers of 1,000+ headcount
    • Experience dealing with internal sales teams is a strong plus
    • Analytical mindset; ability to work with complex data and communicate this back to customers in order to make informed business decisions
    • Ability to work hybrid from London HQ
