Let us tell you about the opportunity
We are currently seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Dealer Services Admin team in Cardiff.

The Dealer Services Admin team are often referred to as the 'engine room' of MotoNovo as the team are responsible for onboarding our dealer partners, due diligence, creating contracts and the pricing models used.


The Technical Administrators work at pace to provide a professional service to our portfolio of dealer and broker partners, and support to our account managers whilst also effectively and efficiently controlling day-to-day operations.


What will your day look like?
As a Technical Administrator, your responsibilities will include;

  • Onboarding new dealer partners and maintaining existing accounts; always ensuring our intermediaries have the required regulatory and legal authentication.
  • Complex pricing installations, reviewing changes to business trading status and the maintenance of company products and services
  • Ensure customers, dealers and account managers are provided with a professional and efficient service at all times
  • Provide prompt and regular communication between all internal and external parties to achieve seamless and consistent service levels
  • Conducting regular reviews on our existing dealer portfolio to ensure our partners remain compliant with legal and regulatory changes
  • Assist in the documentation and creation of contracts, variation to terms and termination letters
  • Investigate and resolve data integrity issues
  • Understand commission structures and the various capping thresholds that can be triggered
  • Manage monthly reconciliation of commission accounts, involving monetary transfers and release of funds
