Trainee Welder opportunities in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
About you
To be successful within the role of Trainee Welder, you will be a good team player, with good communication skills which are so important in the learning environment and within the workshop facility.
Other requirements include:
- Understanding of maths and the ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Good problem solving skills and great hand eye coordination with a steady hand.
- Physically able to carry out manual work.
- Ability to work shift patterns.
- Can get to work in Dorking without using public transport.
In return the Trainee Welder will receive:
- A basic salary of £10.56 per hour (eq £21,965 per year)

Important Note
The welding team work a two shift work pattern of rotating early and late shifts.
Due to the timings of these shifts, people need to be able to commute to the Manufacturing facility without relying on public transport.
Early Shift: 05:4- 13:45Late Shift: 14:1- 22:15
