- Manage a litigated caseload of RTA claims from inception to resolution.
- Utilise your knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules to effectively navigate litigated cases, achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
- Provide excellent client care by maintaining regular communication, offering support and guidance throughout the claims process.
- Utilise Proclaim case management system to efficiently manage and track case progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Managing a team of junior staff members.
Requirements:- Ideally, the candidate will have 3 – 7 years of PQE/CILEX or equivalent experience, with a strong background in handling litigated RTA cases from cradle to grave.
- Possess excellent client care skills, a genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes, and the ability to effectively use the CPR to advocate for clients' interests.
- Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in managing a caseload of varying complexities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of supervision is preferred.
