    We're recruiting an experienced Executive Reward Manager to manage AXA UK and Ireland Executive reward, including the delivery of the annual Executive Reward process, reviewing policies and providing specialist advice to the business and HR stakeholders. Your remit will be both UK and Ireland, both of which have their own Remuneration Committees.

    You'll have experience working with Executive compensation and benefits best practices, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reward strategies for both AXA UK and Ireland.     What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for leading on ad hoc and cyclical Executive reward activities including the annual Executive Reward Review, exits/joiners and benchmarking
  • Support both the UK and the Ireland Remuneration Committee processes (including agenda setting and paper drafting)
  • Ensure compliance and appropriate governance is followed
  • Manage the delivery of AXA's equity-settled long term incentive plans
  • Advise senior partners including HR Directors and the Head of Reward UK&I
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders in the business (including AXA subsidiary entities), at AXA Group level and externally to ensure Executive Reward at AXA UK&I remains relevant and compliant
