Office Based
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Architect to join our clients team based in London.

The company specializes in creating very high-end residential and luxury 5* hotel designs for their discerning clients, both in the UK and internationally.

As a Senior Interior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to completion, working closely with our clients and collaborating with our in-house team of architects and designers.

With an even split between UK and international clients, your role would include travel on international projects to locations in the US, Southern France and Switzerland and more


Key responsibilities include:


  • Developing design concepts and solutions that meet the needs of our clients, while adhering to project budgets and timelines.
  • Leading and managing project teams of 23 people, ensuring effective communication and coordination between team members.
  • Preparing detailed design documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications
  • Participating in client meetings/presentations and communicating design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers, and overseeing the implementation of design solutions on site.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in highend interior design, with a proven track record of delivering projects to a high standard.
  • Experience working on international projects.
  • Excellent design skills, including the ability to develop design concepts, create detailed documentation, and communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
