    *The position will be based in Redhill, however, we do have a flexible working policy which enables a hybrid working arrangement whereby up to 2 days per week can be worked from home, where business needs allow. In addition, the role will require some periodic travel both within the UK and to our manufacturing sites in Europe (mainly France).

    About the Position

    We now have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Demand Manager to join the Supply Chain team. In this role you will own the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) process with some of our key customers. You will work closely with the sales team and your customers in order to improve forecast accuracy on short and medium term plans and to offer best in class customer service and minimise waste.

    On a day to day basis, you will proactively highlight supply risks and define contingencies. You will also be able to identify gaps in store availability and improve shelf availability, track sales daily and manage changes to forecast.

    Key Requirements:


    •Educated to degree level or equivalent


    • Previous demand planning experience within an FMCG business, with a proven track record of achieving results


    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills


    • IT literacy to a high standard


    • Familiarity with customer systems (such as Retail Link, Tesco Connect, etc.)


    • Highly developed communication and influencing skills


    • Flexible and creative problem solving skills to overcome obstacles
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills to enable you to manage changing priorities


    • Highly self-motivated and results focused, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as working closely with the Supply Chain and Logistics teams and the wider business


    • Above all, you will push service delivery boundaries to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service
