Full Time, Permanent
Salary:£75,000 - £80,000 per annum- As a vital part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in driving the organisation's dynamic business plan forward- Join forces with your peers to elevate outcomes for the individuals we passionately support.

Main Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Collaborate with service leaders to foster a culture of continuous quality and safety improvement.
- leverage feedback and information to cultivate an improvement culture.

  • Take a leadership role developing the Quality Strategy & Model, aligning with the organisation's values.
  • Lead quality business partners and safety teams, Setting standards and measures to drive high performance across the organisation.
  • Oversee the inspections to ensure assurance, address issues, and incorporate identified themes.
  • Identify challenges within each service and provide support/solutions.
  • Implement support programs for struggling sites including early identification and escalation of risks.
  • Help with developing Service Managers and operational leaders, enabling them to lead services in line with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
  • Acting on insights from data, Conducting information analysis.

Job Criteria:


  • Extensive leadership experience in adult social care, strategic project implementation, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Expertise in safeguarding best practices, legislation, and improving services for complex needs and autism/learning disability.
  • Indepth sector knowledge, understanding regulatory and best practice frameworks for highquality, compliant services.
  • Highly credible, skilled in building effective relationships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work at pace, and committed to personal development for continuous improvement.
