Description
Customer Service provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with placing orders and resolving issues.
- Maintain customer records and contact information.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer service issues.
- Keep uptodate on product and service information.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£20,874.00-£22,856.00 per year

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
