    The Team & Role

    To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to recruit a Marketing Director, to work on the evolution of our brand within our industry and to build our strategy to scale in the UK and internationally.

    We're looking for someone who is passionate about retail technology, delivering results and who is dedicated to go the extra mile for our rapidly growing membership and commercial partnerships.

    We have offices in both Manchester & London. You'll be joining the team based in London.

    The Role

    • Translate high-level company vision into well defined and focused marketing strategy
    • Develop and execute our marketing strategy across both consumer and retail industry audiences
    • Take ownership of the businesses key metrics, continually evolve and execute our marketing plan to achieve our objectives
    • Work with the consumer Marketing function to plan and implement sophisticated data-led member engagement strategy to our 3.5m members for all stages in the life cycle
    • Plan and roll out content strategy using transactional insight to the retail industry to raise company profile
    • Manage entire Marketing function, inspire and develop team members, take a relentless approach to continuous improvement
    • Oversee ongoing implementation of the marketing strategy, maintaining all team members can contribute
    • Develop our brand identity and build upon our tone of voice to enhance our positioning in the market
    • Be an influential brand advocate with partner organisations and across the industry

    You'll need

    • Minimum 5 years experience in a Head of Marketing or Marketing Director position
    • Industry leader, well known across the customer incentive and benefit landscape
    • Excellent communication skills, able to convey a compelling vision
    • Analytical, data minded and results orientated
    • Relentless in your approach for continuous improvement
    • Detail oriented
    • Passionate about hyper targeted and personalised marketing solutions
    • Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player with a positive attitude
    • Enjoy collaborating with others and working in a fast paced, growing business
    • Commercially minded, ability to prioritise tasks or initiatives that have the greatest impact on the businesses key drivers
    • An innovative approach to problem-solving

    Experience using tools such as

    • Google suite
    • Marketing engagement and automation tools such as Bloomreach, Swerve, Braze or Airship
    • Analytics tools such as Firebase / Mixpanel

    We would love it if you had

    • Experience in retail technology businesses
    • Experience working with affiliate, performance marketing or card-linked technology
