Adele Carr is recruiting for a
Warrington-based client to recruit a
Sales Administrator to join the business on a full-time and permanent basis.

Our client is a manufacturing business that has been thriving locally for over 40 years.


We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator or Account Manager who wants a role that isn't just basic administration and data processing but is varied and interesting. With lots of customer interaction dealing with bespoke orders and pricing.

Salary & Benefits:

- £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- + Potential of company growth bonus up to £5,000

  • Working hours are flexible
  • Standard is Mon-Fri 8:4517:15 with 1hour lunch
  • 2 days per annum banked hours (Any overtime worked will be banked up 16 hours)

What will be expected of you:

The main purpose of this role will be to assist the sales team with all administration - pricing enquiries/orders, following up leads, handling customer relationships, key account management and ad-hoc administration.


  • General sales admin including processing orders, filing, dispatching etc.
  • Providing prices to customers
  • Every product is bespoke therefore there are no set pricing lists and each enquiry will be different.
  • Using CRM systems to ensure the sales pipeline is up to date.
  • Liaising with both existing and potential customers dealing with quotes, enquiries, and handling availability requests making sure our customer's needs are continually exceeded.
  • Providing quotations and estimates for jobs, speaking with customers to update quotes and secure sales.
  • General office administration, logging and updating of enquiries and projects.

What we are looking for:


  • Experience in a similar administration role with customer contact
  • Confident and computer literate (Mainly Outlook, Excel and Word).
  • A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
  • Methodical and organised personality with the ability to learn quick
  • Understanding of width and height and numbers and measurements is key as manufacture to size; To understand the customer enquiry and be able to price accordingly
  • Attention to detail, ability to follow a set process.
