Academy Administrator - £32,000 - £34,999 + Benefits -UK / Hybrid /Remote

The Role
Are you a team player, fluent in English, with exceptional organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years professional experience in international environments?


Due to its expansion, the Academy is currently looking for an Academy Administrator to manage and drive its administrative-related duties and serve as a key support function within the team.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible work schedule and the option to work from home. You will work within a time zone consistency of (GMT +1), with our headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Occasional travel and work as part of the largerFIDIC Group will be required.

The closing date is the 7th March 2023.


Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of an Academy Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor training materials and documents for distribution regarding FIDIC Academy education and training events, in collaboration with the FIDIC bookshop.
  • Front end updating and backoffice management of FIDIC Academy's website and eLearning platform.
  • Tracking of payments for all FIDIC Academy's online courses, in house courses and creation of single and group invoices, including followup payment reminders in collaboration with the FIDIC finance team.
  • Scheduling and management of internal and external meetings, including management of FIDIC Academy's governance oversight as well as its daily/weekly/monthly communication.
  • Production of marketing images and materials in collaboration with the FIDIC Communications team ready for distribution.
  • Provide information about the planned and future FIDIC Academy education and training activities.
  • Trimming course recordings and uploading to the FIDIC Academy platform.
  • Uploading encrypted books to the FIDIC Academy platform.
  • Creation of surveys and storing of data on SharePoint, including organisation and analysis of the FIDIC Academy's annual survey.
  • Coordination and issuing of online and inhouse course participant certificates.
  • Provide adhoc general administrative and event delivery support across FIDIC Group.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of an Academy Administrator are:

  • Highly experienced in using SharePoint, the Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Managements Systems, and Survey Software. Website support experience, finance management /invoice and payment tracking skills or willingness to learn is required.
  • A cando positive attitude and able to work in a high
- paced environment balancing multiple priorities.

  • Minimum of bachelor's level education in a relevant field (education, business administration).
  • Ability to gather, process and interpret data to produce reports for diverse audiences on a regular basis will be required.
  • Experience of the consulting engineering and infrastructure sector would be an advantage.
