**The Role
Do you have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders? Are you a numbers guru with exceptional administrative skills? If so, we are looking for you.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Finance and Administration person to join us with immediate effect.As a Finance and Administration Assistant, you will record all the financial transactions of our company, process invoices and card payments.
You will also be in charge of ensuring the office is organized and tidy.We offer a friendly modern working environment, competitive package (based on experience), and a career path opportunity.
**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Finance and Administration Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Purchase invoice processing.
- Credit Control including daily customer contact.
- Resolving invoice queries.
- Processing customer card payments.
- Creating and maintaining customer accounts.
- Consulting with couriers.
- General day to day admin including filing.

**The PersonThe key skills and qualities of a Finance and Administration Assistant are:
- Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy office, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be approachable and personable.
- Ideally have working knowledge of Sage 200.
- Have substantial administrative skills.
- Possess a proficient level of competency in literacy, spelling, grammar, and ICT skills.
