We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Administrator to join our team and help us reach our goals.

You will be responsible for driving new business, building relationships with potential customers, and maintaining a strong customer base.

**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Offering outstanding Customer Service to all customers; external & internal.
  • Issuing Customers with quotations, confirming all details are correct and in a timely manner.
  • Following up quotations as agreed with Management.
  • Ensuring orders are entered correctly on to the system.
  • Building strong relationships with all Customers.
  • Liaising with the Operations Team to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time and in full.
  • Managing Customer delivery expectations, to ensure a positive outcome for both Parties.
  • Monitoring & updating the CRM system.
  • Assist in producing & issuing daily reports.

With over 100 years' experience in the manufacture and supply of Jig Bushes, Drill Bushes, Dowel Pins, Jig & Fixture Parts, PressTool Components, Shims, Koenig Sealing Plugs, Engineered Pins, Clevis Pins and special components to customer specific drawings.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Sales Administrator are:

  • Previous experience within a sales administration/customer service position.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Great eye for detail.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Customer focused ability to develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
  • Capability to work independently and prioritise workload.
  • Willingness to learn about new products.
  • Experience in negotiating and diplomacy.
  • Ideally have working knowledge of SAP B1, but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Keen interest in motorsport and/or aerospace would be of benefit.
