The Role:

Monitor and manage customer accounts for timely payment.
Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment status
Perform Credit Checks
Assess creditworthiness of customers and recommend credit limits/terms
Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and credit risk The Person:
