Northampton - Recruitment Consultant - up to £45k. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly consultative Recruitment Consultant who is best suited to a consultative, non-corporate agency. With a high level of repeat business, a very low staff turnover, a range of attractive benefits and a very good work-life balance this is a very attractive company to join. This is not your typical call-metric type agency but one where you will be developing key relationships through a consultative-sales approach. Working both contingency and / or retained assignments in niche sectors you will be identifying new pieces of work and managing hiring projects, both in the UK and across Europe.

Basic salary from £25-45k depending on your level of experience:

You will need to be an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who has a proven track record of managing a successful desk in Professional Staffing.

You will need to have a structured approach to business development and be an exceptional networker with the ability to nurture relationships at all levels.

However, this is not your typical 100 call per day agency, but rather a warmer, consultative sell. The culture is relaxed, professional but business-like with a strong desire for growth. Therefore you need to be a professional, proactive relationship builder who can work well in a non micro-managed environment.
