    KEY INFORMATION

    Contract

    8-month contract with possibility for extension should all parties wish to do so on completion

    Basic Salary

    £26,000 per annum (pro rata DOE)

    Hours

    37.5 hours per week

    Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Fridays 8am-1.30pm

    Overtime

    Not required

    Holidays

    25 days + 8 Bank Holidays Pro rata

    •Salary: Range £26,000 pro rata DOE

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The role

    Our client is looking for a contract Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team in Wrexham Industrial Estate for Mat leave cover for a fixed period of 8 months. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor are as follows –

    ·Maintaincustomerschedulesandbusinessforecast

    ·Communicate customer schedules and forecast to internal departmentacross4sites

    ·InputtingofOrdersontoInternalMRPsystem

    ·Confirmationofcustomerdeliverydatesonexternalschedulingsystem

    ·Negotiatingpricingonstockandexistingnon-stockparts

    ·Assistproductionandplanningdepartmentswithanydeliveryissues

    ·Assistaccountsdepartmentwithanyaccountqueries

    ·Co-ordinateSalesofadditionalpartsfromStock

    ·Orderbook reviews and supporting calls with the Customer on a daily orweeklybasis

    ·ReportCustomerDeliveryperformance aspartofthemonthly review

    Key skills required

    ·AccounthandlingandCustomerServiceexperience

    ·Experienceworkingwithinamanufacturingenvironment.

    ·Highlevelofinitiativetodealwithaccountqueriesandcustomerissues

    ·MRP or similar manufacturing computer systemExperienceofworkingwithMicrosoftOfficetools

    ·Experience working with SAP & ERP/MRP (desirable but not essential)

    ·Self-motivated
