Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to clients, including investment planning, pension planning, tax planning, protection planning, and retirement planning
Meeting with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives and develop personalised financial plans to help them achieve these
Research and analyse financial products to determine which ones may be suitable for clients
Prepare reports and presentations that summarize a client's financial situation and the recommendations that have been made
Stay uptodate with changes in the financial industry and regulations to ensure that advice is in line with current laws and best practices
Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients
Managing and training a team of financial planners

Qualifications:

Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) Investment Advice Diploma
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
Proven experience in sales and business development

Package

Salary to £120,000
