001 Ltd is a successful energy and utilities consultancy, providing a number of services to a large portfolio of clients throughout the U.K.

We are currently recruiting for Energy Brokers who will be working towards the smooth running of the team and delivering procurement services to our account managers.


The Role
You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and securing the best available price for each Client's utility contracts.

This requires accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work to strict timelines as part of our service level agreement to our Clients.


Supporting the Account Management team is also a large part of the job, providing the highest standards of service to each Client.


Responsibilities

  • Investigating, collating and analysing data to prepare tender submissions
  • Tendering for pricing for utility contracts for each Customers to ensure the best value offering.
  • Providing accurate & timely information in line with 001 SLA to the Sales/Associate team to enable them to present offerings to Customers.
  • Updating CRM to ensure suppliers are informed of requests and held accountable e.g. ensuring that all contract information is correct and locked in with the relevant supplier.
  • Answering Client queries and resolving issues linked to supply contracts.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with Suppliers to ensure Supplier SLAs are being adhered to and the 001 Escalation Process is being followed when SLA is not being delivered by Supplier.
  • Meet and exceed expected broking targets as defined by the 001 SLA
  • SME pricing to be provided to the Sales/Account Manager within 001 SLA.
  • Bespoke pricing to be provided to the Sales/Account Manager within 001 SLA.
  • Updating and maintaining Click Up tasks to ensure new Customer jobs are adhering to 001 SLA and provide updates for Sales/Associate team and the senior management team.
