CRM Manager
£40-50k + Bens

Location - Somerset (3days office 2 days WFH)


The CRM Manager will report into the Head of Digital Marketing and will be responsible for driving a Multi-Million Revenue Target.

This is a superb opportunity to own and drive the CRM and develop your career with a ecom giant.


Experience

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in CRM within a large eCommerce / retail Organization

- Retention, Activation, and customer segmentation

- Previous experience within a large CRM program is essential.

- Experience in a busy Digital Marketing / eCommerce team

- Essential Understanding of CRM Systems an customer database solutions.

- Awareness and Knowledge of wider digital marketing channels


This is a great role for a Snr CRM Executive, looking to step into their next role as a CRM Manager or a CRM Manager looking to work with a £1Billion + eCom Giant as part of a very talented eCom team.
