About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Plant Operator to work on shift (morning / back shift week about )

Monday to Friday at our Aberdeen plant. As a Senior Plant Operator you will act as the technical focal point for the shift on the plant and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production and reclamation.

You will work with the Plant Manager to facilitate production, the warehousing, quality, and stock control of all Company products in the most efficient and cost-effective way. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive work environment on shift and will ensure that there is a focus on safety in all operations processes/procedures.

What qualities are required?

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and driven with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as strong computer skills. Please note that as our business language is English, you will be required to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English.

Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate would be educated to High School level and have a willingness to work towards relevant qualifications as required. A B1 Forklift License would also be desirable.
