    Description

    Job Title:

    Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk (ICARA focus)We are seeking a Manager/ Senior Manager for Enterprise Risk who will play a pivotal role in managing the ICARA, ICAAP, IRAP, ILAP, responsibilities.

    As a Senior Manager in Enterprise Risk, you will enhance risk integration processes for acquired businesses and internal liquidity risk planning.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide strategic input and ownership of the ICARA, ICAAP, IRAP, ILAP, process.
    Act as the primary liaison with regulators to ensure compliance and effective communication of regulatory requirements internally.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk management practices and governance frameworks.
    Develop and implement risk methodologies, including Greeks, VAR and capital models, to optimize risk assessment and capital allocation.
    Contribute to broader enterprise risk management initiatives as required.


    Candidate Profile:
    Solid experience in enterprise risk management, within financial services.
    Familiarity with ICARA and ICAAP frameworks.
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with regulators and stakeholders.
    Proven track record of driving change and implementing risk management strategies.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
