    Job Title: 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer

    Employment Type: Full time Mon-Fri, 37.5hrs a week, supporting shift hours 6am-8pm

    Location: Hybrid – Home based and Central Birmingham

    Salary: £28Kpa

    Start Date: Q2 2024

    Requirements

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to join our first contact fix team.

    This role will be primarily focus on delivering excellent frontline customer service, knowledge creation, accuracy verification, and process improvement within the IT support environment.

    The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both non-technical end users and IT engineers.

    This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of remote work and on-site presence in our Birmingham office.
