Resolution Team Manager/Contact Centre Team Manager

Salary:
£33,985.79 annum plus an additional £2,891.20 location allowance. p.a. plus weekend and night shift allowances as applicable once fully trained.


Hours:
Night shift 6pm - 3am. Working 40 hours per week.

Chichester


Our client have an amazing opportunity for a Resolution Team Manager to help lead our Resolution team handling emergency response calls supporting a diverse and largely vulnerable customer base.

Duties:


  • Performance manage and coach staff.
  • Carry out regular 121's and appraisals with your staff to support them to achieve individual and company targets.
  • Manage complaints and escalations from team members.
  • Share "on call" rota with other Team Managers covering a 24/7 operation.
  • Provide support to the Emergency Resolution Centre Manager.
An Enhanced DBS Check will be required.
