Job title:
Lead Change and Configuration Controller

Location:

Salary:
Up to £55,000 depending on skills and experience


What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring that change sentenced through the Change Boards is planned, managed, and processes efficiently and effectively
  • Taking responsibility for the impact of Change Analysis and active risk management
  • Supporting the development, setting, leading, and maintaining Change Management Policy and Process for the programme
  • Providing leadership and management of the Change Forecast/Prediction and implementation of contingency management
  • Ensuring the technical and programme performance measurement baselines are managed and maintained
  • Supporting, leading, developing, and motivating the reporting staff to ensure they are aware of and capable of delivering their work scope

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience/understanding of working within configuration/change roles
  • Experience/understanding of project controls
  • Experience of large complex programmes and embodiment planning
  • Exposure to PLM toolsets e.g. Windchill or Team Centre
  • Strong data analysis experience

Desirable:

  • CM2 qualification (integrated process excellence)

The PMO Change team:


In this team you will be working on the Canadian Surface Combatant programme, and you will get to work with a range on stakeholders internally, externally, and internationally.

The CSC programme is exciting and long term, and you might even have the chance to travel internationally.
