Salary - Negotiable based on experience
The Groups head office is based in Colchester, Essex.

The role will require regular travel across all of the groups venues to oversee the FoH and BoH teams and delivery at each venue to ensure brand consistency and quality of operation.

The successful candidate will beresponsible for all venues and its management hierarchy as well as playing a key role in delivering on the groups expansion program with the roll out of its Zinnia Restaurant concept, which the group currently operates three sites under this brand.

Additionally, there is a new build boutique hotel operation in the pipeline which is expected to be launched late 2025/early 2026.

Only candidates with extensive experience in senior multi-site management roles will be considered for this key position.
Financial analysis and budget forecast & control
Ability to implement, manage and motivate a strong management team both at head office level and across all venues
Experience in launching new sites and creating brand culture
Demonstrate a hands on approach towards the operation which requires presence at times often outside of the 9-5 window and in particular at weekends due to the nature of the operation
Be skilled in implementing a training matrix across all levels to ensure high quality delivery and guest feedback
