My client are a hedge fund with market leading performance, big expansion plans and excellent staff retention / development.
My client are looking to hire a Head of Operations who will run the operations / middle office division for the fund, managing a small team, who will lead several key growth projects, maintain relationships with clients, support the CIO on a daily basis and be involved in supporting other teams such as risk / treasury / finance due to the flat structure of the fund.
The fund are expanding and so the progression is to build out a bigger ops / MO team + eventually work towards a deputy COO title.
The right profile of candidates will have a strong background in hedge fund operations, previous managerial experience, and a track record of scaling teams + projects.
The total year one compensation for the role is up to £250k in addition to industry leading benefits.
