We are working with a reputable car dealership looking to engage a temporary receptionist for flexible cover.

The position would really suit someone confident to speak to members of the public face to face and answer / transfer volume telephone calls.

Therole is based close to Stretford and has excellent public transport links.

The receptionist position could become permanent for the right person and will be working weekends Saturday 8am-6pm, and Sundays 10am-5pm.

Full training will be provided and an hourlyrate of GBP9.50ph.

About the role:

Meeting and greeting customers into the dealership
Answering a busy switchboard, passing calls to relevant people and taking messages
Offering excellent customer service
Liaising with internal departments

Essential skills and experience:

Must have pervious reception experience, ideally within a car dealership, however this is not essential
Strong communication skills
Excellent telephone manner and happy to deal with volume calls
Available for ad hoq shifts between the hours of 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 8pm Mon to Fri and occasional weekend work would be a bonus
Ideally you will be a positive and adaptable person who is confident to interact with customers both face to face and over the telephone

Possibly suited to university students/graduates that can only work part time/weekends.
