Sales Director - c.£90,000 + Bonus - Cheshire - Beauty
We are delighted to be working in partnership with this successful retailer to exclusively recruit their Sales Director.

This business has significant support from one of the biggest global private equity firms that has an exciting portfolio of the world'slargest brands.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the business achieves key sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance to build a highperforming team
  • Be accountable for the professional sales division and act as a mentor and leader
  • Assign monthly budgets for digital spend
  • Use of CRM databases and tools to track performance
  • Work closely with FD to ensure daily and quarterly sales targets are thoroughly planned
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback
  • Role out brand events and NPD launches and create sales strategy around new product launches
  • Develop key relationships with opportunities to travel
  • Health / Beauty sector experience required
  • 10+ years product and services sales experience
  • Proven history of building and growing sales for B2B businesses
  • Great team leader with the passion to drive teams to achieve goals
  • Experience in the luxury / beauty industry
