    Description

    This established and community-focused Pharmacy is dedicated to providing outstanding pharmaceutical services to the residents of Southampton. With a strong focus on excellence in patient care, they are looking for a skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join their team.As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services to valued customers. Your responsibilities will include dispensing medications, offering clinical advice, and contributing to the overall success of our pharmacy operations.

    Role Highlights

    • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
    • Provide expert guidance on medication use and possible side effects.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
    • Maintain pharmacy compliance with legal and professional standards.
    • Stay informed about new medications, treatments, services, and pharmaceutical advancements.

    Compensation Package

    • £55,000 annual salary (flexible based on experience, work hours, and qualifications)
    • hours per week
    • 6,000-7,000 items per month
    • 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
    • Performance-based bonus scheme available

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized UK institution.
    • Current pharmacist registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate medication dispensing.
